Shipping : By FedEx or DHL collect delivery for small items. We submit a quotation based on ex-warehouse or FOB Japan for big items.

Leadtime :　Shipping of within 2 weeks can be usually available, however, it is one month after receiving order sheet on a quotation. It is because in export declaration we have a duty to provide vouchers showing that the item is NOT used to produce a nuclear weapon to the customs office in Japan.

Special Equipment :We must get export permission from the Japanese government, following the prescribed procedure, when we export an item on the list of “Instruments or equipments which could contribute to produce a nuclear weapon” issued by the Japanese government. In such case, we require more than one month for lead time. Also, we have to ask for the end user to submit some related documents. In case of cancellation for this procedure or lead time reasons, we refund your payment. However, we will not accept compensation for cancellations for any other reasons.
